Crossmyloof Real Ale Yeast

The YouTube channel has awarded me some great opportunities. Some of which is viewers sending me beer to review, or in some cases, yeast to try out! I was sent a yeast I had never heard of before called Crossmyloof, which appears to be a brand having a few different strains.

The one I was sent was the Real Ale strain. Of course the first thing I would do is make an IPA with it. Should I have just made a regular low hopped beer to see what the yeast can impart? Yes. But can I help myself? No.
