  • Sour Red #2 (Ladyface Dregs) – 12/19/15

    The first true sours (aka not done quickly) I can remember having are from a brewery called Ladyface, and are hugely instrumental in my intro and love for sour beers. They are small, yet that hasn’t stopped them from continually producing some of the best funky/sour beers I’ve ever had to this day. That being the case, I figured I should try and use some of the yeast/bugs they use for my own sours.
