Session IPA #3 (Zythos & Waimea Hops)

I’m still not even close to my goal weight. I like IPAs. So these lower gravity beers might be a trend for a bit. I pretty much have my flavor and aroma hop stand amounts dialed in at this point, but I will keep changing which hops I use as much as I can. The only time I used the same hops on repeat was an obsession to make the perfect IPA for my girlfriend, which I finally did. Time to put that puppy to rest…at least for now. […]
