IBU: 20
Boil Time: 10 Minutes
8 lbs – 2-row
1 1/3 lbs – 2 – row (oven roasted) 30 mins @ 225 F, followed by 30 mins @ 300 F.
3 lbs – Flaked Oats

15 qts water (14 will produce 1 1/2 gallons of ale; 16 will produce 2 gallons)
1 pkt, Danstar brand Nottingham ale yeast
